Our cuisine

Our restaurant is a source of true delight! All lovers of fine food will enjoy the traditional, seasonal, delicate, fresh and flavoursome cuisine by our chefs Stéphan Martinot and Patrick Rivière.

A unique place where from the vaulted indoor dining room or the terrace (in season) shaded by fruitless mulberry trees, you will be dazzled by the breathtaking panoramic view for 180 km across the Maures mountain range.

Our restaurant is open 7 days a week for dinners and on saturday and sunday for lunches.

A 39 € menu (excluding drinks) with a choice of 2 starters, 2 main courses and desserts is available.

The service is done under the glass roof except from June to September.

Health Pass is mandatory.
