Our cuisine

Our restaurant is a source of true delight! All lovers of fine food will enjoy the modern, seasonal, delicate, fresh and flavoursome cuisine by our chefs Stéphan Martinot and Patrick Rivière, be it Provençal, seasonal or with truffles.

A unique place where from the vaulted indoor dining room or the terrace shaded by fruitless mulberry trees, you will be dazzled by the breathtaking panoramic view for 180 km across the Maures mountain range.

For lunch, we offer a menu with a choice of starters, main courses and desserts. We invite you to consult the menu below, in the “L’Orangeraie” section.

In the evening, a 35 € menu (excluding drinks) with a choice of 2 starters, 2 main courses and desserts is available.

Our restaurant is open 7 days a week in July & August, for your lunches and dinners. it will be closed for lunch from monday to friday from August, 9th, 2021. The service is done under the glass roof in case of bad weather.

Come and discover the art of cooking local Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur cooking with our Chefs Stéphan Martinot and Patrick Rivière in a place where food is enjoyed in a simple, authentic way.

Along with their brigade, this is a friendly experience during which they will share their expertise, secrets and tips with you.

Two day packages:

  • €70 per person including VAT: includes cookery lesson, a recipe book, lunch or dinner, beverages not included.
  • €100 per person including VAT: includes cookery lessons, a recipe book, lunch or dinner including beverages (1 glass of champagne, ½ bottle of Côtes de Provence wine, 50cl of mineral water, 1 coffee per person).

Classes are held on Saturday morning on the theme of your choice and on your chosen date (subject to a minimum of 4 participants, subject to availability).
