Booking conditions

(for stays booked on an individual basis)

• Arrival Room pick-up from 3pm.
• Departure Check-out time: no later than 12 noon, after which time the hotel will charge an hourly rate.
• Booking conditions :
  • Flexible Tariff :
    30% deposit of the total amount of your stay.
  • Non-cancellable / Non-refundable rate 100% payable at the time of booking, no cancellation possible, no refunds will be made.

    Very High Season + 31 December
    - Cancellation possible up to 8 days before arrival, cancellation free of charge
    - Cancellation between D-7 and D-5 before arrival: 70% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
    - Cancellation on D-4 before arrival: 75% of the total amount of the stay will be deducted
    - Cancellation between 3 days and the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
    Low Season & High Season :
    - Cancellations possible up to 4 days before arrival, cancellation free of charge.
    - Cancellation between D-3 and D-2 before arrival: 75% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
    - Cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
  • Non-cancellable / Non-refundable rate 100% payable at the time of booking, no cancellation possible, no refunds will be made.
• Departure during the stay :
  • In Very High Season For any interruption of stay (early departure), 100 % of the total amount of the stay will be charged. This amount will be charged to your credit card.
  • In Low and High Season For any interruption of stay (early departure), the first cancelled night will be charged at 100 % and the remaining nights (if applicable) will be charged at 50 %. This amount will be charged to your credit card.
