Friday 23 January 2026 the Bastide de Tourtour is delighted to welcome two chefs with remarkable backgrounds for a unique and exclusive dinner at the price of 75 € per person (excluding drinks).
Denis Fetisson, The chef, committed and creative, celebrates contemporary Mediterranean cuisine that is sincere and respectful of the produce.
At his side, Paul Bajade, a key figure at the Les Chênes Verts restaurant in Tourtour and former Chef at La Bastide, is passionate about the region and the black truffle, which he sublimates with generosity.
The menu for this four-hands dinner is currently being created and will be revealed at a later date, but you can already book your evening on 04 98 10 54 20 !
This dinner is also part of a solidarity initiative: €10 per guest will be donated to the charity «L'Extra-HandiNaire Malone» in Nice.
