Denis Fetisson, The chef, committed and creative, celebrates contemporary Mediterranean cuisine that is sincere and respectful of the produce.
At his side, Paul Bajade, a key figure at the Les Chênes Verts restaurant in Tourtour and former Chef at La Bastide, is passionate about the region and the black truffle, which he sublimates with generosity.
This dinner is also part of a solidarity initiative: €10 per guest will be donated to the «L'Extra-HandiNaire Malone» charity in Nice.
